We are dedicated to helping students successfully complete their higher education financing and, ultimately, achieve their future goals.

Our vision is to be recognized for excellence—by our borrowers, the U.S. Department of Education, our college and lender partners, and our own associates—as a creative and effective public purpose organization. We will forge a new public role in the federal student loan program as a provider of higher education debt management services. With borrower-first principles as our guide and default prevention as our mantra, we will positively affect student loan repayment habits.
